Crispy Skin Roast Chicken

Cooking a whole organic chicken is super easy. Not to mention super healthy and cost effective as it can leave you with a protein source to add to your salad or vegetables for the following day. A good source of protein, a ready made meal when busy and more money in your pocket to play with, that would make roast chicken one of the most intelligent meals to date. Would you agree?

Ingredients

1 whole organic chicken
1 tbsp ghee or grass fed butter
1 medium brown onion (roughly chopped)
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp ground cumin or curry powder
