These healthy chocolate pecan brownies are the perfect snack to take to bbq’s or parties where all your friends can admire your raw healthy culinary skills! Or you can simply cut them up into small slices and keep in the freezer and eat when needing a fix.
Just to note though, these do contain some dates and rice malt, so even though this a healthy dessert, it doesn’t give you license to eat the whole loaf in one sitting 🙂 Enjoy…
Ingredients
1 cup of pecans (or walnuts)
1 cup of dates (deseeded and soaked)
5 tbsp of organic cacao powder

1/4 tsp himalayan salt
