A protein packed, superfood take on the common Raw Brownie. Great as a snack, dessert or a quick breakfast meal when busy and in a pinch.
Ingredients
1 cup Ground macadamias
1/2 cup 180nutrition superfood protein vegan powder (coconut)
5 tbsp Cacao powder (I use Peruvian Cacao)
4 tbsp Organic shredded coconut
2 tbsp Rice malt syrup
1/2 cup Coconut oil (Melted. enough to bind well/moisten)
1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
Method
Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl.
Place in a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Freeze for an hour
Frosting
1/4 cup Coconut oil (melted)
2 tbsp Cacao powder
2 tbsp Cashews (soaked for 2 hours ideally)
1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp Vanilla powder
Method
Blend all ingredients well.
Pour over base. Freeze.
Defrost half an hour prior to consumption.
