Blackberry Macadamia Dots

These guys are crammed with antioxidants and healthy fats. After dinner dots, breakfast dots, snack dots, either way they will promote vibrant energy and healthy ageing. These dots are also satiating and will tide you over until your lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

1 cup cacao butter (melted)
1/2 cup macadamia nuts (ground)
1 heaped tsp Maca powder
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
1 tbsp Coconut oil ( melted)
4-5 organic frozen blackberries.

 

Method

Melt cacao butter and coconut oil.
Mix in with remainder of ingredients.
Blend blackberries with a small amount of water. Pour into mixture.
Pour mixture into silicone moulds or tray and freeze for an hour.
