I've always wanted to play with cacao butter. Apart from the godly aroma, this baby is so rich antioxidants and is sugar, gluten, dairy free. The perfect snack, treat or grab a few as a quick breakfast on the run.
Coffee to heighten my concentration & antioxidants for healthy ageing. Think I may need to indulge in a handful every day 🙂
Ingredients
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
1/2 cup macadamia nuts (ground)
1/2 cup almonds (ground)
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tbsp organic coffee (ground)
1 tbsp mesquite (optional)
1 cup cacao butter (melted)
1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
Method
Pop the cacao butter in a glass bowl and melt over a pan filled with boiling water.
No water should enter the bowl with cacao.
Mix all dry ingredients together and pour in melted cacao butter. Pour in silicone molds or tray and freeze for an hour.
