In this episode we go down the rabbit hole or "wandering nerve" of all things Vagus Nerve. A topic I am fascinated by. I chat with Emrys Goldsworthy, an expert in this area.
Emrys is the director and principal clinician at Athletica Physical Health and has owned and operated clinics for over 10 years. In addition to practicing as a Musculoskeletal Therapist, he is the writer and presenter of his own method "Functional Neuroarticular System" and "Transcutaneous Auricular Vagus Nerve Stimulation". Both these methods have been taught to clinicians in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. Previously, he was the Senior Lecturer for the Department of Musculoskeletal Therapy at the Endeavour College of Natural Health, a position he held for over 9 years.
