Grain and gluten free crackers. Delicious with any healthy dip or straight avocado.
Ingredients
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds (ground)
1/2 cup 180nutrition vegan powder (or ground almond)
1/4 cup almonds (ground)
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Cajun spice
1 tsp Himalayan salt
1 tsp black pepper
4 organic eggs (beaten)
Method
Mix all ingredients together. Get tactile, use your hands to form a dough.
Line baking tray with baking paper. Press onto paper, like you would a pizza base and cut in circles using cookie cutters (I used my coconut opener would you believe).
Pop in preheated oven for 10 mins, then turn over. Bake the other side for a further 10 mins.
